Hi, my names Alfa kerenge I'm 23 years old born, raised in the U.K and from Tanzania. Fluent in English and intermediate in Swahili.
In 2018 I completed my BA hons degree in accounting and finance from Leeds beckett University. This is where I learned and strengthened my skills for financial services, operation management and business acumen. I'm really appreciative to the experience I acquired from university as I was able to interact with many individuals from different walks of life, with different views, strengths and weaknesses in various areas. These interactions, skills and knowledge over the course of my time at university helped lead to my career at disruptive capital finance Then the pension Superfund benefit. Where I help organise and communicate the finances for the parent and subsidiary companies of the fund with our overseas investment advisory partnerships. While doing this I also help in the management of operations for our projects, in which we're planning to become the U.Ks biggest pension consolidation fund. Planning to bring companies on the brink of bankruptcy to ongoing. This project is also followed by its sister partnership Atlantic Superconnection LLP in which I help monitor and oragnise the finances for its operations and development.
I've known Vincent since my early years of my life stretching back to when I was in secondary school 2015/16 and have been in communication since. I began discussing matters of finances, loans and operating costs with Vincent towards the ending phases of my degree where my theoretical knowledge for finance was reaching its prime. Talks on how to delegate money to the right operations and expenses were had consistently at extensive length such as his projects in local sanitation and event hosting. Me unknowingly giving advise to his company as it was the referred to example in our financial conversations. I only happened to realise this and the scope of my advise after bola festival had taken place in 2019. After such I began advocating for how the platform he has created in Nigeria and is steadily growing can be pushed further to places such as Tanzania Uganda Rwanda and more. As such Vincent and I believe that with my help in overseeing of operations and in delegating of project financing. I really believe with the team our Ceo has assembled, Centaville can grow to become a company that really benefits the people first and foremost and can spread this same philosophy to my own country and others alike
