My Name is Mr Ezeka L. Ezeka, I am a Freelance Project Manager and Crane Supervisor in the UK Construction Industry, I have known Vincent Okosodo for years as he has served as my site supervisor on several projects and i am delighted to have him among my team and very much inspired by his entrepreneurial journey, persistence and mental discipline to succeed and build a New Africa.
I acknowledge that it is not easy to be an entrepreneur solving the obvious political and economical problems of the African continent, as well as surviving as an individual in the United Kingdom without family, and having to depend on friends who also struggle to give him the right support to fund his ambition, this put an intense pressure on his work life balance, that subconsciously, I had to step forward to give him all the essential support he needed to scale through his company embryonic stage. Really, it has been difficult for me to look away as i know his type of personality is a rare breed and should be encouraged.
I cannot describe myself as an Angel Investor, I have just been privileged to witness how he began this company, from when he designed the company Logo sometime in year 2015, to how he managed people across the African continent with his smart phone and Work computer, he is such a genius however it was not pleasant for me at first, I almost got rid of him because of his lack of focus on my project, but again as a father with children also, I understand when a child really needs to release the content of their hearts, it must be looked upon, at the least to protect their mental health.
Vincent is an inspiring God fearing young man, this has shaped his personality and I am impressed on how he has been raised by his family, he constantly mention his parents are Knights in the Catholic Church and he has decided to follow their footsteps. Well this has worked very well for me and i enjoy working with him, I can say he is among my favourite colleague, having somebody to remind you of God every day you meet him and always full of life. Personally, I do have faith in God also and it is certain that the spirit of the World is powerful and unrelenting, and there is little societal support for those who choose to reject the spirit of the World and embrace the spirit of God - the result often leads to a certain loneliness in their lives.
In other to gather the density to survive and thrive in a culture that is often hostile and sometimes violent towards what is good, true and noble, I envision all Directors of Centaville to truly discover the best version of themselves in every corner of their lives, physically, emotionally, good health, intellectual clarity and the ability to genuinely embrace and experience all of life. Now Centaville has just gone pass its embryonic stage and now positioned for growth and prosperity and most definitely a Global Institution focused on transforming and igniting needed change in our communities, turning them into Global hub that attracts Investment and Business Activities in Nigeria, which in turn will boost economic activities and sanitise its political system across the African Continent
I believe strongly in the vision and share in the passion of these young individuals from several work of life, putting societal barriers aside and working together to restore great hope for humanity in the African continent and we greatly need your support too, please drop us a message and we look forward to hear from you.
A constant reminder for CEO Vincent - "Problem is a coward, looking for solution" Sam Loco Efe
